YMCA Camp Sea Gull and Camp Seafarer William J. Adams IV Endowment

William J. Adams IV, son of Bill and Sarah Adams, was an outstanding camper, sailing counselor and leadership staff member at Camp Sea Gull. When he passed away unexpectedly in 2003, many people made heart-felt contributions to Camp in honor of young Bill’s life. The outpouring of support led Bill III, Sarah, and Emily Adams Livingston to ask Camp Sea Gull and Camp Seafarer to establish an endowment to fund scholarships for campers applying for financial assistance. A regatta has been organized to raise money for the endowment.
