Program Information
Camp Seafarer offers a unique Day Camp experience packed with many exciting activities.
Campers have designated swim instruction each day and will participate in huddle groups with campers of a similar age and grade to experience the different camp offerings.
We place an emphasis on quality staff and safe programs. With a focus on our core values, campers are encouraged to have fun and try something new while counselors encourage and foster a development of social skills, independence, resilience, and leadership.
Program Dates
- Pre-Week: June 8-12 (Same as weeks 1 - 7 but just a different name)
- Week 1: June 15-19
- Week 2: June 22-26
- Week 3: June 29-July 3
- Week 4: Break Week
- Week 5: July 13-17
- Week 6: July 20-24
- Week 7: July 27-31
Pricing and Payment
Pamlico Co. Resident: $181.00/ week*
Non-Resident: $281.00/ week
The per-week cost above include a $20.00 deposit that is due today. Remaining balances are drafted on the first (1st) of the month for that month’s camp sessions.
*In order to receive the Resident Rate, the camper participating in a program MUST be a full-time resident of Pamlico county and attend one of the following schools:

Transportation
Transportation is available from the following locations at no additional charge.
Reelsboro – Pinedale Food Mart (7:15 a.m. / 5:45 p.m.)
Bayboro – Pamlico High School (7:30 a.m. / 6:00 p.m.)
Oriental – Town and Country (7:45 a.m. / 6:15 p.m.)
A late fee is charged for children picked up after the last pickup time. The late fee is $5 for the first 10 minutes past pickup time and $1 for each additional minute thereafter. Please plan accordingly.
Cancellations and Refunds
In order to cancel a summer Day Camp week, camp must receive a written cancellation notice two (2) weeks prior to the first day of Camp. Non-attendance, without written notice, does not relieve you of the responsibility to pay for a program.
