We will begin by selecting a primary contact, choosing a cabin type, and asking a few questions about your group or family.
Once that’s complete, you’ll tell us who will be attending — and don’t forget to include yourself if you’re coming!
Housing Options, Pricing & Payment
Open Air Cabin
- YMCA Members: $657* per person
- Program Participants: $731 per person
- Children under 5: Free
- Cabin Reservation Fee: $50
- Capacity: Sleeps up to 8 people
- Features: Traditional screen-window cabins with up to 8 bunk beds and a small indoor picnic-style table
*To receive the YMCA Member rate, the participant must be a member of the YMCA of the Triangle.
Air-Conditioned Cabins (Premium Accommodations)
Family House- $1,828
- Sleeps up to 4 in a mix of queen, single, and bunk beds.
- Private entrance, bathroom, and shower.
Pilot House- $2,558
- Faces the Neuse River with beautiful views.
- Each room sleeps up to 4 in single beds.
- Private entrance, bathroom, and shower.
Doctor's Quarters- $3,289
- Faces the Canoe Lake with shared family porch and fire pit.
- Each room sleeps up to 6 (one queen, four single beds).
- Private entrance, bathroom, and shower.
Payment Information
- Open Air Cabin: $50 Cabin Reservation Fee and $25 Deposit Per Person
- Air-Conditioned Lodgings Due Today: $250
Program Fees: Will be drafted in full on June 1. Registrations received after June 1 will require payment in full at the time of registration.
Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or online form)
- Cancel by May 31: Full refund, minus $50 non-refundable processing fee per order.
- Cancel between June 1–15: 50% refund of program fees.
- Cancel after June 15: No refunds available, as preparations are already underway.
- Failure to attend without written notice does not relieve payment responsibility.
Financial Assistance
Financial Assistance is available to families who qualify. To learn more, we encourage you to read through our frequently asked questions, complete an interest form or contact the Financial Assistance Office.You should also answer "yes” to the Financial Assistance question during registration. Your Cabin Reservation Fee and any add ons will still be due today.
