Welcome to Friends and Family Weekend
Enjoy one last weekend of summer with friends, family or friends that you call family at Camp Seafarer. Friends & Family Weekend offers a laid-back way to close out the season, with a rotating selection of Camp activities available and five meals included. The weekend is intentionally less structured than our other programs and gives friends and families the freedom to unwind, connect and enjoy Camp at their own pace.
Housing Options, Pricing & Payments
Open Air Cabin
Open Air Cabin - $1040
- Sleeps up to 6 with bunk beds
- Traditional screen-window cabins
- Small indoor picnic-style table
Air-Conditioned Cabins (Premium Accommodations)
Family House- $840
- Sleeps up to 4 in a mix of queen, single and bunk beds.
- Private entrance, bathroom, and shower.
Pilot House - $1,320
- Each room sleeps up to 4 (four single beds).
- Faces the river with shared family porch and fire pit.
- Private entrance, bathroom, and shower.
Payment Information
Reservation Fee: $250 Deposit
Program Fees: Will be drafted in full on July 1. Registrations received after July 1 will require payment in full at the time of registration.
Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or online form)
- Cancel by May 31: Full refund, minus $50 non-refundable processing fee per order.
- Cancel between June 1–15: 50% refund of program fees.
- Cancel after June 15: No refunds available, as preparations are already underway.
- Failure to attend without written notice does not relieve payment responsibility.
Financial Assistance
Financial Assistance is available to families who qualify. To learn more, we encourage you to read through our frequently asked questions, complete an interest form or contact the Financial Assistance Office.You should also answer "yes” to the Financial Assistance question during registration. Your Cabin Reservation Fee and any add ons will still be due today.
