YMCA full-day summer day camps offer swimming, creative arts, games, sports, assemblies, devotions, songs, skits and dress-up days. Different weekly themes add variety to activities throughout the summer.
YMCA counselors are enthusiastic, energetic, trained high school and college students with a passion for working with children. Our staff to child ratio is 1:10.
Camp Thunderbird is operated by the Cary Family YMCA and is held at West Cary Midle on Evans Road in Cary, NC.

Weekly deposit is due immediately. Balance is drafted on the first of the month for that month's camp sessions.
Financial Assistance is available for eligible campers based on need and availability.
