Spring ahead with strength education, accountability and fellowship as part of our StrongHer program. During this four-week program, participants will work with Certified Personal Trainer Rachel Gill to learn strength training techniques in a small group setting. You will practice correct form and movement patterns for individual exercises while gaining exposure to a wide range of equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells, weighted body bars, cable machines and more. Upon completion of the program, you will be provided with the knowledge of the exercises you practiced so that you can continue on your strength journey with confidence.
