How do I create an online account?
Head to our Login Page and type and enter your email address and date of birth under the Create an Account section and click Continue.
Online accounts cannot be created without a date of birth and an email address.
YMCA Members, if you have joined within the last 24 months, we created an online account for you when you joined.
How do I add my other family members to my account?
If you are creating your online account for the first time, and have never registered yourself or your children for YMCA programs, please add your family members. If you are unsure, please call YMCA Customer Service at 919-719-9989 for assistance.
I forgot my user id. How can I reset it?
Use the Find Username option on the Login Page You will need the email address associated with your account. An email will be sent to you with instructions.

Use the Forgot Password option on the Login Page and follow the instructions. You will need the email address associated with your account. An email will be sent to you with instructions.
How do I update my contact information?
Once you are logged in, you can access account information by clicking on the My Account link at the top of the page. Users can update information including address, phone numbers and email.
Updating Account Information
I have two children, but I only see one on my account. How do I add another child to my record?
If your child is a YMCA Member, but you do not see his/ her account information, please contact YMCA Customer Service at 919-719-9989 or email at email@example.com, Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m., EST.
If your child is not a YMCA Member, but has participated in YMCA programs within the last 24 months, please contact Customer Service so we can correctly add your child to your account.
I no longer need to manage the online account for another person. How do I end my management rights?
From the account page, select the person you no longer wish to manage. When the Relationship Information chart displays, click “End Now”.
How do I update Health Information on myself or my child?
From the Account Information page, select the person you need to update. Then select “Health Information” from the “Show Me” drop-down menu at the bottom of the page. Make your changes or additions and then click “Save and Return.”
Once entered, all health information stays on your child’s record. Please remember to update it as needed.
My family member is eligible for a program based on his/ her age, grade or gender, but is not listed as an applicable registrant. What is wrong?
Your family member may not be linked correctly to your account, or you may not have the ability to manage that family member online. Please contact the YMCA Customer Service Center at 919-719-9989, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m., EST.
I accidentally registered for the wrong program. How can I change it?
