EMERGENCY CONTACTS
Who should we call in an emergency if we cannot reach you?

In an emergency, Camp will always attempt to contact both parents first, so you should not include parent or legal guardian names below.

Individuals listed below should be someone who we can call if/ when a parent or guardian cannot be reached. If a parent/ guardian is already listed, these should be deleted.

Emergency contact names and phone numbers are due on March 27, but can be updated by returning to your online portal at any time.

Entering Emergency Contacts
  ♦ Edit or delete existing contacts with the corresponding hyperlinks.
  ♦ Parent/ Guardians listed below should be deleted.
  ♦ There is a limit of four (4) Emergency Contacts.
  ♦ If there are four (4) contacts already listed, you must delete a contact to add another one.
  ♦ Use the Up and Down buttons to prioritize who to call when when a parent cannot be reached.
